I do not think we will do many more like her bcuz espresso and iced tea boba shop shave. Would I trade espresso machine or I can have espresso machines for home use?

Depending on volume, but I would say yes.

Plan on spending around 1500 for a decent one.

Check out coffeegeek.com for some price quotes and reviews.

That depends on whether you want to sell quality or not.
If you choose quality then you need a commercial machine since the home one does not come close.
You should also consider location, cheap vs. expensive.

Depending on where you are opening your business. Most health departments (who provide the permits for this type of business) require all equipment to be restaurant grade equipment. Usually with special seals of approval for use in this type of enviroment.

Speed is a key factor with this type of product so you would want to sell more coffee faster or you would want it to take longer between cups waiting for the steam to build up for the next cup?

If you are going to offer the product, spend the money and do it properly. An amateur job on this will cast a pall over the entire operation. You would be better off not offering espresso at all than having a consumer-grade machine behind the counter.

A home espresso machine will probably not be accepted by your health department.
